Social media is one of the largest demographic shifts of our time, driving deep changes in business models, strategy, operations and interactions among employees, customers, partners and the broader marketplace.
In this certificate program, students will gain a historic perspective and broad, yet deep understanding of the variety of platforms, tools and uses available in social media. Students will learn how organizations leverage social media for their benefit and will put that understanding to use developing a social media strategy for real-world organizations. Students will also learn how to manage their own online identity to improve job prospects and enhance personal brand.
